Q. What is Bling?
A. Bling is a term Blue Moose Tees uses to describe our fun rhinestone heat set apparel. The design is created using rhinestones. All prices are based on using 1000 standard stones. Our design department will help you make your custom art/design at no charge.

Q. Is there a set-up cost?
A. Even though we will help you with a design for free, we do charge a $15.00 setup fee once you approve your artwork. This is a one time setup fee per design. Should you re-order more of the same design later, you will not have to pay this setup fee again.

Q. How long does it take to get my product?
A. After you call or email us to get your order started, you can anticipate artwork in two to three business days. Once you approve your artwork, production takes seven business days plus the allotted amount of time for delivery via UPS.

Q. How close are the rhinestone colors to true colors?
A. Our color description is as close to true color as we can get. However, feel free to see the color choices online at www.bluemoosetees.com/bling.jsp.

Q. How do I care for my Bling garment?
A. We suggest that you turn your garment inside and either hand wash or machine was on COLD. Hang to dry.

Q. May I combine screen printing (or embroidery) with Bling?
A. We do not offer a mixture of printing mediums at this time. Bling designs are made up entirely of the Bling rhinestones.

Q. What is the minimum order/quantity?
A. Your order must have a minimum of six (6) pieces of apparel. This may include various sizes as well as a mixture of garment types as long as the design layout and size are the same on all garments.

Q. Can I place a re-order if I need more?
A. You can absolutely re-order at any time. The minimum quantity for a re-order of bling garments is six. Remember, if the design stays the same, you will not have to pay the setup fee for any re-orders.

Q. Why should I order Bling garments?
A. Bling is a fun way to show school or team spirit. Designs are custom and unique and make a great fundraiser item.
