May 30–31, 2009 - Tashard Choice Football Camp
As part of our continued support of youth development programs, Blue Moose Tees was one of the sponsors of the Tashard Choice Football Camp held May 30th in Arlington, Texas.
The camp, conducted by Tashard Choice of the Dallas Cowboys and Sports Media, Inc., provided the youth in Arlington an opportunity to learn football skills, and to also stress the values of team work, integrity, and academic excellence.

On behalf of Tashard Choice and the team at Sports Media, I want to sincerely thank you for the generous support of $500.00 that Blue Moose provided to help provide scholarships for some very deserving kids in Arlington.
We had a great football camp this past weekend with over 200 kids in attendance. The kids had an awesome time and it was an experience these kids will long remember. Tashard Choice spent the entire weekend coaching them, talking to them, holding rap sessions, and just hanging out with the kids. A big highlight for the kids was when several of Tashard’s teammates from the Dallas Cowboys came out, including Felix Jones and Marion Barber. It was definitely an action packed weekend of fun and football!

April 2009 - March of Dimes
Blue Moose Tees was contacted by several individuals who were participating in March of Dimes walks all around the US to design and print shirts for their teams. The t-shirts showed their personal connection to the cause and were really something different for Blue Moose Tees to design. Some of the participants were nice enough to share photos of their teams. We even received word that one of the teams won 2nd Place for their t-shirt design!
Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Convention
Five members of the Blue Moose Tees team attended the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Convention in San Antonio on February 11-14, 2009. The 2009 TMEA Convention had over 16,000 attendees and featured workshops for band, orchestra, vocal, elementary and college educators; concerts by the finest musicians and two exhibit halls filled with booths representing all facets of the music education industry.
2009 Dance/Drill Team Directors of America (DTDA) National Convention
Blue Moose Tees was an official sponsor for the Dance/Drill Team Directors of America (DTDA) National Convention that was held in Mesquite, Texas on April 2-4, 2009. Blue Moose Tees designed and produced the DTDA Convention shirts that were given to all participants as well as provided free Blue Moose Tees tote bags and coupons.
Blue Moose Tees has already designed numerous apparel items for Dance and Drill Teams across the US and continues to expand on the design selections offered on their website. Since the DTDA convention, they have been contacted by several Dance Team Directors to create apparel for various Spring shows and special events.
Council of PTA Vendor Fairs
Blue Moose Tees participated in a Vendor Fair for both the Lewisville ISD and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Council of PTAs during the month of April 2009. Schools from across both districts were asked to send their Principal, PTA President, programs and fundraising chairpersons to the events. Attendees at both events received free Blue Moose Tees tote bags and t-shirts along with coupons off their next order. They were able to browse through sample designs and view t-shirts that we have created for schools across the US. The fair was a great success and we are looking forward to working with the PTAs and other organizations throughout both school districts!
